Mark Webber will wave goodbye,
To twelve years in formula one,
I expect he'll go with an unsatisfied sigh...
In 2010 the title should've been his,
But sadly was narrowly missed.
It means he'll never be an F1 champ,
But Marks name is stammped on F1s gentlemans list!
The twelve years havent gone without achievement,
Marks achieved what some greats never did!
Amongst his wins - Silverstone and Monaco twice,
For the Mr Monaco title it was a good bid!
"Not bad for a number two driver"
Mark famously quipped as he took victory at the British GP.
After disagreements with the team,
Mark knew he was the winner fans wanted to see.
From Minardi, Jaguar, Williams, and Red Bull,
Mark continues to impress!
He may not have won that much deserved title,
But F1 and fans wont love him any less!
Mark, we wish you were staying in F1,
Changing your mind is never too late.
But now I'll wish you good luck in WEC,
We'll miss you loads mate...xxxxxx
